Remember the first time you ever had a prayer
answered?
Maybe
you were tempted to wonder if it might have been a coincidence. It was nice of
you to give God the credit, but maybe you really did pass the exam on your own.
And as for that illness…perhaps it would have gotten better anyway, with or
without prayer. Could it be that you prayed and then fortuitous circumstances—not God—”answered” it?
